What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, and, where you provide them, your phone number, project type, location, and a description of your project. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare an initial engineering assessment, and correspond with you about your project. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
WhatsApp and email
The enquiry form prepares your message in your email app for you to review and send. Where a WhatsApp option is offered, the form can instead open WhatsApp, a third-party service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., with your message pre-filled. If you send that message, your details pass through WhatsApp and are handled under Meta's own privacy terms, which are outside our control. You can email us at info@enkareflow.com instead if you prefer not to use WhatsApp.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of projects we have discussed or delivered. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@enkareflow.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
