Questions before you contact us
When should Enkareflow join the project?
The best time is during architectural or technical design, before plant spaces, risers, ceilings, and floors are fixed. We can also assess projects that are already under construction or existing homes with water-system problems.
Do you work outside Nairobi?
Enkareflow is based in Nairobi and considers projects across Kenya and East Africa. Site visits, travel requirements, and local delivery arrangements are agreed for each project.
Can you work with my architect or contractor?
Yes. We coordinate the water-system requirements with the project team, including plant space, service routes, fixture demand, controls, access, testing, and handover.
How can I follow the project if I live abroad?
The project scope can include remote design reviews, drawing approvals, material records, change approvals, and final as-built information. The reporting schedule and approval process are agreed before work begins.
Will the specified materials be installed?
Specified components are checked against the approved design. Any proposed substitution should be documented and approved before installation.
What information should I send first?
Send the project location, construction stage, architectural drawings if available, known water sources, approximate home size, and the systems you are considering. If the home already has a problem, describe when it occurs and which parts of the property are affected.
